Galleries Set To Open Doors For The Flats Block Party Off Main Street On July 9th

Get your fill of contemporary art with the fourth annual Flats Summer Block Party. Head over to The Flats off Main Street anytime this Saturday to check out six different galleries displaying a wide variety of works. There will be abstract sculptures, photography, cheeky prints, and even some live tattooing (thank Hot Art Wet City for the wearable art). Macaulay & Co. Fine Art, Monte Clark Gallery, Gallery Jones, Winsor Gallery, Gallery 295, and South Main Gallery are all opening their doors and showcasing some of the best west coast talent.

Expect artist talks throughout the day, plenty of drinks to accompany your browsing, and an outdoor concert at Red Truck Beer Company to top it all off. Portion out a few hours of your Saturday to hit up at least a few of the exhibitions and then spend a quintessential summer night in the parking lot drinking beer and listening to live music (tickets to the latter here).

Saturday, July 9th | 12pm to 5:00pm | The Flats off Main Street | Mostly Free
