Longtail Kitchen’s New Menu Inspired by Multitude of Street Food Traditions

The GOODS from Longtail Kitchen

Vancouver, BC | Award-winning chef Angus An and chef de cuisine Justin Cheung have refreshed the menu at Longtail Kitchen with new autumn additions. Known for traditional Thai street food, the eatery at New West’s River Market is expanding its menu to include other South Asian favourites.

Menu additions include appetizers such as warm and flaky Roti accompanied by your choice of Peanut Sauce or Condensed Milk; and Fried Squid with Yeo’s sauce. New entrées include both noodle and rice dishes, among them the Filipino stew Bicol Express, with coconut milk, shrimp paste and pork; crispy fried Garlic Butter Prawns; a creamy laksa-style Southern Turmeric curry; and a Vietnamese stir-fried Shaking Beef Tenderloin with tender marinated beef served in a flavourful homemade sauce of soy sauce, garlic and pepper. The new menu also features a daily soup, highlighting local and sustainable produce, bringing a little warmth to autumn’s cool days.

New menu features are available now. For more information and the full menu, visit longtailkitchen.com.
