Every Monday night enjoy traditional prawn or chicken Pad Thai, eat in or takeout, for $9. About to celebrate its third anniversary on a notoriously challenging block in Yaletown (1269 Hamilton Street) there are plenty of reasons to visit: enjoy two for one appetizers, from 5pm to 6pm on weekdays; catch all the HD Canucks action in the lounge while indulging in Thai food favorites; and now $9 Pad Thai on Monday nights. Known as Vancouver’s first modern Thai restaurant and bar, Charm Modern Thai is open lunch from 11:30 on weekdays, and for dinner nightly at 1269 Hamilton.
