Service Assistant | If you’re looking to get into the restaurant industry, and learn on the job, this is the place. The job of a Service Assistant will include learning the menu and presenting food to tables, clearing and resetting tables during a busy service, and polishing plates and glassware. Someone who is interested in learning from industry professionals and growing with our team would be the best fit.

Experienced Bartender | You’ll need the ability to work at a fast pace, in a busy room, and to remain organized and efficient as you help move several tables through multiple courses of family-style dining. You should have an interest in, and an existing knowledge of, BC wine and beer, and possess a strong knowledge of cocktails and an interest in developing a program. Lastly, you’ll need to be able to serve a small section while working service bar within the established workflow of the room.
