Vancouver, BC | As Vancouver’s hospitality scene gears up for a busy spring and summer, Railtown Café & Catering is opening its doors to new talent.

On Friday, March 13, 2026, the team will host a Hiring Fair at Railway Café from 3:00–5:00 PM, inviting experienced hospitality professionals, and those looking to break into the industry, to connect in person.

Founded in 2012, Railtown has grown from a neighbourhood café into one of Vancouver’s established catering companies, known for chef-driven menus, large-scale corporate events, weddings, and community celebrations across the city. With peak event season ahead, the company is expanding both its Café and Catering teams.

“We believe hospitality is about energy and connection,” says Stefanie Aitken, Director of Events. “Meeting candidates face-to-face gives us a better sense of who they are beyond a resume.”

Open roles include Café Team Members, Event Servers, Bartenders, Event Managers, Delivery Drivers, an Administrative Assistant, and an Event Sales Manager (part- or full-time).
