Happily for foodies and feasters, Railtown Catering is ready to make any holiday gathering a memorable culinary experience with beloved take-home meal packages to delight every appetite.
Each chef-prepared Easter To-Go feast is filled with irresistible dishes to complement the centrepiece of a perfectly roasted honey-glazed ham. Roasted root vegetables are elevated with caramelized shallots, mushrooms, and asparagus, crisp spring greens and cucumber salad are enhanced with scratch-made dressings, buttered peas and baby carrots are giving extra zing with fresh mint, and the house baked Hot Cross Buns and Rhubarb Crumble are the perfect seasonal sweet treats.
With two package sizes and protein add-ons like a Rosemary-Crusted Lamb Leg ($119/$189) and AAA Prime Rib Roast ($289), Railtown Catering feasts can be customized to suit any gathering. The packages come fully cooked with simple instructions to make them ready to serve and enjoy.
The Full Easter-to-Go Package costs $449 and serves 8-12 people, with the Half Package to serve 4-6 people costing $309. Orders must be placed by 10:00AM on Friday, March 27th for pickup at Railtown Catering’s head office at 397 Railway Street between 11:00AM and 4:00PM on Sunday, April 5th or Monday, April 6th.
