ABOUT ST. LAWRENCE
St. Lawrence is located in Railtown, in Vancouver. It is a 45-seat restaurant dedicated to French gastronomy inspired by Chef JC Poirier’s Quebecois roots. The classics have been dusted off and reimagined in a vibrant and intimate setting with a focus on polished and engaged service. The St. Lawrence concept is replete with the stories that surround both French and Quebecois food and wine culture, and those stories are shared with every plate and glass served.
