St. Lawrence is located in Railtown, in Vancouver. It is a 45-seat restaurant dedicated to French gastronomy inspired by Chef JC Poirier’s Quebecois roots. The classics have been dusted off and reimagined in a vibrant and intimate setting with a focus on polished and engaged service.
