This season, we’re featuring an approachable Champagne list created with the patio in mind, perfect for a pre-dinner glass, a relaxed evening in Gastown, or an easy way to turn a casual visit into something special.

Enjoy a selection of small bites from the kitchen, including one of this season’s highlights: Le Royal en Crépinette – a richly layered, indulgent burger created for the patio and best enjoyed with a glass of something cold.

Chic Bubbles

We’re excited to introduce an expanded sparkling wine by-the-glass selection, featuring standout producers from Canada and Champagne, available to enjoy on the patio or in the dining room. For those looking to explore a variety of styles, we’re also offering curated Champagne tasting flights. From local favourite Unsworth, to rosé from Nova Scotian star, Lightfoot and Wolfville, or tiny grower Champagne producers like Stéphane Regnault, there’s a glass of bubbles for you.

A Playful Pour

“Bubbles 3 way” is a new addition to our cocktail list, combining Glenfiddich 15 single malt Scotch with a bright Calvados and a herbal liqueur from Vancouver Island, shaken with fresh lemon and pomegranate. Playing with different forms of effervescence, bubbles bring a sense of playfulness to everyone!
