The Goods from Miku Restaurant
Vancouver, BC | Miku, ABURI Restaurant Canada’s MICHELIN Guide-recommended contemporary Japanese restaurant, is excited to unveil its new Miku Kaiseki, featuring fall flavours, premium ingredients, and a special presentation with Japan’s Arita ware. The seven-course menu is available now and guests can make a reservation online.
“Our seasonal kaiseki menus are a reflection of the seasons and for fall, we’re celebrating earthy flavours, such as mushrooms and root vegetables, alongside our popular chef’s sashimi selection and sushi,” says head chef Martin Simicek, who works alongside Aburi Restaurants Canada executive chef Kazuhiro Hayashi. “We’ve always loved using Arita ware in our dish presentation and for this new kaiseki, we’re highlighting some new creations from our Japanese porcelain friends.”

An optional beverage pairing, feature curated wines and sakes by general manager and sommelier Shota Yoshitake are also available for $70 per person.
