Mak N Ming to Host Ai & Om Knives for Chinese-Inspired Dinner on June 25

Vancouver, BC | On Tuesday, June 25th, Douglas Chang, founder of Ai & Om knives, will be back in the kitchen cooking along side Chef Makoto Ono to create a 5-course feast. The one-night-only Chinese inspired dinner, hosted by Mak N Ming, costs $78 per person (including tax and tip) and begins at 6:30pm. The menu includes:

Squid with Spicy Salt
‘Chawanmushi’ Tart
Hanger Steak with Black Bean Jus
‘Fujian Fried Rice’
and a Mango Red Bean dessert
