Our friend and neighbour Keighty Gallagher is launching an Indiegogo campaign to build a new studio in Chinatown for Tight Club. The fitness group is “a crew who looks after one another both inside and outside the studio. Started through a commitment to create a sense of inclusivity and belonging, Tight Club is a lifestyle for individuals who value active bodies, creative minds, and balanced lives.” We’ve watched her grow it from her garage in Strathcona over the last few years, and we’re so excited that she’s taking this next step!

Tight Club is proud to announce their Indiegogo campaign to build a new studio in Chinatown. Tight Club always wanted to provide an experience that was unlike any other gym or studio. The goal was to build a community where people could come together for a great workout and create lasting relationships that centered about fitness.

The need to find a larger and more permanent home for Tight Club is becoming more and more apparent. Their current home at The Coach House has been central to everything that happens at Tight Club but now classes are starting to spill out into the alleyway on a regular basis. When they found a space that would keep Tight Club in its original hood, they knew it was time to take the leap and give it a more permanent home. The funds raised during this campaign will be used to help offset the buildout costs of the new space.
