– 1oz Bombay Sapphire gin
– 1oz lemon juice
– 1oz hibiscus syrup
– 2 dash cardamom bitters
– Domain Chandon sparkling wine
– Cherry garnish
Shake all ingredients on ice and strain into a flute, then garnish with the cherry.
