Vancouver, BC | We’re taking nose-to-tail literally this month to bring you a Supper Series that leaves no part un-touched. Join us October Sunday October 25th at 6:00pm., for a one-of-a-kind Supper Series hosted by Chef Travis McCord. A few unique menu items include veal heart tartare with crispy pig’s ear, chestnut and bone marrow ravioli in a bone marrow sage sauce, and Bludnudlen (pig’s blood tagliatelle) in a braised boar shoulder ragu.
