Vancouver, BC | Get out of your comfort zone and play around with glass this Fall. Terminal City Glass Co-op, the only non-profit co-op glass arts facility in Canada, is teaming up with Emily Carr University of Art and Design for a course that will blow (!) your mind. As part of the continuing studies program offered by the university this course is the perfect way to get your hands working and your creative mind thinking in entirely new ways. Open to all skill levels from beginner to experienced architect. Register before spaces fill up:

Glass Casting + Digital Production (CEID 100) introduces new ways of making to both professional artists and enthusiasts. Using 3D modelling for ideation and form generation, students will use analog mould-making and hot glass casting to produce their designs. The primary project will be a 3D printed form based on the discoveries of the initial project, translated into cast glass.
