Cibo Trattoria Gets Set To Host ‘Alla Famiglia’ Style Father’s Day Feast On June 19

Cibo-HighRes-6

The GOODS from Cibo

Vancouver, BC | Celebrate Dad this Father’s Day at Cibo Trattoria, where General Manager Richard Goodine will host a special family-style dinner for four showcasing the renowned Tuscan dish Bistecca Fiorentina. Expertly prepared by Chef de Cuisine Dan Martin, guests can choose from a wine selection that features rare and unique vintages, as well as handcrafted cocktails by UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar’s award-winning Bar Manager Sabrine Dhaliwal. Hailing from Florence, this prime Italian butcher’s cut is highly regarded for its superior flavour and tenderness, and is traditionally served charcoal grilled and rare to perfection alongside rustic Tuscan side dishes and a robust bottle of wine. Partake in a delightful dinner alla famiglia starting with a Caesar salad to share followed by the two-pound delicacy. This Italian feast includes authentic accompaniments such as fingerling potatoes, chanterelle mushrooms and demi artichokes, all with an arugula, bone marrow and black truffle vinaigrette – and is completed with a delectable dessert of tiramisu. On Father’s Day, honour Dad the true Italian trattoria way, over fantastic food, wine, and – most importantly – great company.

The family-style meal for four is available for $150 (plus tax). Please visit here to reserve or call 604.602.9570.
