Get Distracted from Your Phone with ‘Get Smarty’ Trivia Nights at The Bottleneck

The GOODS from The Bottleneck

Vancouver, BC | Get Smarty Wednesday Trivia is stepping into its fourth year on Wednesday, September 6th!

A group of Porcupines together is called what? A Prickle. In the movie E.T. what brand of beer did the alien drink? Coors Banquet Beer. True or False – Vancouver’s Roxy is closed one day of the year, which is Christmas Day? False! It’s open 365.

Once again host Matthew Coronation Orr aims to distract participants from their phones for two hours each week for some high-hearted debate and conversation among friends. Because yes, before google and smart phones, pub culture was a much different landscape. Get Smarty is an old style trivia night that everyone can enjoy. A mix of all categories from pop culture to weird science, as well as great tunes played throughout. It’s free to play and the prizes are so good we cant legally say. Throw in some tasty food and $4 beers and get comfy because Trivia is always followed by infamous DJ duo Flipout & Vinyl Ritchie playing nothing but 45’s until the wee hours. It’s one heck of a hump day! // Wednesdays. Trivia starts at 8pm// Free.
