“Bestie” Opens As Donut Shop In Wurst April Fool’s Day Joke

The playfully cruel folks at Bestie tried to mess with us today with new (and fetching) neon signage and a come hither window full of circular tasties. The mischief was just posted to their Instagram:

Dear loyal customers, due to the shifting sausage landscape we have decided to close Bestie & re-open as Bestie – The Donut Shop #fromtubestoholes

Despite our appreciation of fornication jokes, as regular customers of the Chinatown institution we were not amused until we figured out that it was the wurst April Fool’s Day prank ever. Arschgeige!
