New Westminster, BC | On Thursday April 12th, Steel & Oak Brewing Co. will be dining with Vikram at Vij’s on Cambie to take you from “New West to New Delhi”.
Explore the joy of Vij’s modern Indian cuisine and delicious S & O craft beer – hosted by Vikram Vij, along with Steel & Oak Co-Founder Jorden Foss and Head Brewer Eric Moutal. Enjoy five select limited release beers paired with five courses of signature Vij’s dishes.
Jorden fondly remembers “doing the classic Vij’s wait when it was on 11th and Granville, knowing that the experience was always worth it. Now, having the opportunity to pair our beer with their food feels a little surreal. To say I’m excited would be an understatement. Plus, I won’t have to wait this time around!”
Featured beers from Steel & Oak will include their Simple Things German Pilsner, Encore Pale Ale with Apricots (Yellow Dog collaboration), Towers and Trains Earl Grey IPA, Baltic Porter and Kaffee Coffee Blonde.
Tickets are $125 and include tax and gratuity and can be purchased online here.
