Miku Unveils Limited Edition Sake-Paired Kaiseki Experience, Now Until Nov. 30

Vancouver, BC | Miku, Vancouver’s destination for contemporary Japanese cuisine, invites guests to celebrate all things sake with an exclusive, sake-paired kaiseki dinner. Available only for one week, from now to November 30, 2024, this curated two-hour experience features a five-course menu thoughtfully paired with premium sakes from Northern Japan, renowned for their fine, smooth profiles and exceptional elegance. Reservations are now available online.

“At Miku, we are always trying to create new and memorable experiences for our guests, ones that combine tradition and innovation through food, drinks, and service,” says Seigo Nakamura, founder and CEO of Aburi Restaurants Canada. “This sake-paired kaiseki dinner is a celebration of the artistry by our talented kitchen team, as well as the complementary flavours of Northern Japanese sake.”

Miku’s sake-paired kaiseki experience ($225, inclusive of taxes and gratuity), created by head chef Martin Simicek, head sushi chef Sangwoo Kim, and pastry chef Isabelle Valencia, is available during dinner service. Reservations can be made online.
