Kitsilano’s Legendary Bishop’s Restaurant to Host Feast Celebrating Cascadian Bounty

The GOODS from Bishop’s

Vancouver, BC | September through December is a magical time in the Pacific Northwest. The bounties of the Cascadia region are legendary; from succulent rich game to hearty wild mushrooms, the harvest of foods and wines placed into the wizardly hands of west coast alchemists, makes for an enchanting dining experience.

John Bishop and Executive Chef Kai Leitner; both masters of their craft, are honouring our region and this season by conjuring up a six-course Cascadian tasting menu. Bishops will be partnering with Ponderosa Mushrooms, Legend Haul and Blue Mountain Winery to bring guests a wild game and foraged feast dinner never to be forgotten.

Each course will be expertly paired with a B.C. wine from the renowned Blue Mountain Winery, who will also be providing the complimentary reception sparkling wine to toast the Lady of the Evening, who truly provides for us all.
