Vancouver, BC | As the days warm and lengthen ELEMENTA invites you to join us for our seventh dinner, to be held at Ask For Luigi on May 30th (305 Alexander Street in Railtown). With spring in full force in the Pacific Northwest, ELEMENTA offers a gastronomic interpretation of the annual awakening of our region. The menu will focus on the abundance of spring produce and wild edibles as well as the best offerings from our coasts. As always, tickets are limited so be sure to get them early. Expect a surprise 8 course menu including beverage pairings, canapés and petit fours. $140 (tax included, gratuities appreciated). Reserve your seats here.

By harnessing the raw natural bounty and fertile abundance of the surrounding area, Elementa desires to connect people to place and to one another.
