Celebrated Locavore Spot ‘Farmer’s Apprentice’ Reveals Its Valentine’s Day Menu

Vancouver, BC | Vancouver Magazine’s 2016 Chef of the Year David Gunawan and his staff at South Granville locavore restaurant Farmer’s Apprentice are arranging a romantic, farm-to-table feast available on Monday, Feb. 13 and Tuesday, Feb. 14.

To mark the occasion, Farmer’s Apprentice will host two seatings — starting at 5:30 and 8 p.m. — that feature six-course, flower-themed ‘Herbivore’ and ‘Omnivore’ menu options for $80 per person plus tax and gratuity with optional wine pairings available for an additional $50.

Opened in 2013 and named Best New Restaurant, Best Casual Restaurant and Restaurant of the Year at the 25th annual Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards, Farmer’s Apprentice recently reopened its doors after a redesign of the space and the addition of new curated prix-fixe nightly dining options and family-style weekend brunch service featuring its signature brand of 100-per-cent organic, local and sustainable fare.
