Vancouver, BC | The Union is looking to hire either a part-time Floor Manager or full-time Server/Manager. We are a fun energetic team who strive to give quality service in an approachable environment. We recognize that every individual plays a vital role in running a successful service. Therefore, we run our entire business in a team oriented structure.
The right candidate will feel confident in leading a team in a fast paced environment. They must be able to give direction to staff, communicate between the front and back of house, and handle any customer service issues that may arise during service. They control the flow of the restaurant and have the responsibility of ensuring every customer leaves happy.
The chosen individual should either have previous management experience, or a strong serving background with the desire to grow to a management role.
