New Westminster, BC | Steel & Oak Brewing Co. is raising a glass to 12 years with the return of its annual anniversary party. An all-ages, community-driven celebration set to take over the brewery’s parking lot on Saturday, June 20th from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The Coolest Parking Lot Party

This year’s event brings together everything Steel & Oak is known for: great beer, community involvement, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Guests can expect 12+ different S&O beers with a special celebratory release, live vinyl DJs, food trucks, a curated vintage market, alongside some exciting new features.

Exclusive special activations – event day only!

To mark the occasion, the first 200 guests will receive a limited-edition anniversary cup, so be sure to arrive early to not miss out. Music will set the tone throughout the day, with all-vinyl DJ sets creating an upbeat vibe to kick off the summer.

Guests can explore a curated vintage market featuring local vendors, including vinyl selections from Relove Records, and cool off with Hype Ice Cream floats made with custom beer ice cream by Rocky Point Ice Cream, available until sold out.

Celebrating the Community

The event remains deeply rooted in community and inclusivity. New West Family Place will host a dedicated kids’ area from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, making it easy for families to join in the celebration. To help guests get home safely, Key West Ford will provide a Safe Ride Home program.

Reflecting on the past 12 years, Jordan Brett, from Steel & Oak, shares, “Our anniversary party is all about bringing people together: friends, families, neighbours, and visitors, and celebrating the community that’s grown around Steel & Oak over the past 12 years. It’s our favourite day of the year, and a chance to say thanks to everyone who’s been part of the journey. Every year we try to build on it by adding little touches that make it special. It’s still the same community-first party, just bigger and better!”
