Vancouver, BC | Fairmont Pacific Rim announces the return of the Pac Rim Patio, launching for the summer season in collaboration with local craft beer pioneers 33 Acres Brewing Co. The outdoor pop-up, located on the hotel’s front plaza, offers a vibrant open-air experience that blends refreshing brews, bold flavours, and a curated line-up of summer events.

This year’s edition of the Pac Rim Patio features fresh, made-to-order tacos including chicken tinga with lime crema and queso cheese, slow-braised aromatic beef with pickled red onion, and crispy cauliflower with cilantro slaw. The menu pairs perfectly with a selection of 33 Acres’ small-batch favourites, including their popular 33 Acres of Sunshine French Blanche and 33 Acres of Life California Common.

Throughout the summer, guests can also look forward to three exclusive parties in collaboration with 33 Acres Brewing Co., taking place on:

Saturday, August 31 from 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Each event which is open to the public and will feature a live DJ performance and beer tastings, bringing together the best of Vancouver’s local music, food and beverage scene.

The Pac Rim Patio will be open Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. weather permitting. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
