Fable Kitchen Reopens With New Look, Exciting Service Changes, Dine Out Menu

The GOODS from Fable

Vancouver, BC | The New Year is always a popular time for changes, and Fable Kitchen was a happy participant in makeover season this year, closing for a week to complete a full renovation and facelift of its space.

Now, just in time for Dine Out Vancouver, Fable Kitchen has reopened, excited to show off its fresh new look. The dining room remains invitingly warm and rustic but has been brightened with new colours, lots of greenery and a living wall which adds texture and energy.

As part of the reopening, Fable Kitchen has also made some significant service changes, now opening for brunch and dinner seven days a week. That means guests can enjoy Fable’s brunch classics like Benedicts, Johnny Cakes, Things on Toast, and Bowls on weekdays as well as weekends!

Dine Out Vancouver which begins January 17th will be a perfect opportunity to see the renovations and enjoy some of Chef Trevor Bird and the Fable team’s farm to table cuisine. The menu includes highlights like Blue Goose Beef Tartare, Charred Beets & Crispy Cauliflower, Mushroom Gnocchi, Salmon Almondine, and more. View the complete menu at www.dineoutvancouver.com then visit www.fablekitchen.ca to book a table.
