IPA AMARILLO DH SOUR IPA
6.2% ABV
GRAPEFRUIT, ORANGE, SOUR
A sour IPA with live lactobacillus cultures and a double Amarillo dryhop to accentuate the fruit character of this refreshing, tart IPA. With loads of pineapple, guava and citrus flavour, this beer is very juicy and lightly sour.

LONDON PORTER W/ BRETT
6.5% ABV
CACAO, FUNK, BLACK
This bottle conditioned version of our London Porter with Brett has been laid down until just the right moment. Matured and ready after its long slumber, the chocolate, caramel and soft roasted notes are in perfect harmony with the Brettanomyces.

RUSTIC DRYHOPPED GOSE
3.8% ABV
LEMON, HERBAL, TART
A traditional German style Gose (pronounced “go-suh”) using wheat and barley. This beer was fermented in foeder #3 with one of our unique mixed cultures. Using coriander toasted in our woodfired pizza oven, Vancouver Island sea salt and dryhopped with German Tettnanger, this beer is jazzy and tart, herbal and bright lemon in the finish.
