Vancouver, BC | From September 21 to October 6, 2024, Bacchus Restaurant pays homage to executive Chef Stefan Hartmann’s German heritage with the launch of a special Bavarian experience for Oktoberfest. The Bacchus Oktoberfest menu features a Poached Bavarian Weisswurst (sweet mustard, house made pretzel bun), a Bavarian Oktoberfest Platter (schnitzel, bratwurst, Bavarian meatloaf, crispy pork belly, sauerkraut, red cabbage, cheese spaetzle, and mash potatoes), and a Warm Apple Strudel for dessert.
