Kitsilano’s Fable Kitchen Announces Five-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner

Vancouver, BC | This New Year’s Eve, the Fable Kitchen team will prepare a feast built around the best local ingredients like BC scallops, wild Coho Salmon, Fraser Valley Pork, and wild Elk, surrounded by seasonal sides, and finished with a house made Coffee Panna Cotta. Offered from 5pm-9pm, the dinner is perfect as a warm up for midnight celebrations, or as the highlight of the evening all by itself.

Crispy prawn, cider glaze, scalloped celery root
