IMG_9228

Railway Street – the core thoroughfare the cuts through the small DTES microhood of Railtown – offers some of the most fascinating people-watching in the city. It’s lined with the offices and studios of countless design/fashion houses and tech companies, so when the clock strikes noon and every address empties out for lunch, it’s a bizarre and highly entertaining parade of style extremes, as if an Aritzia bomb went off in a Star Trek convention. Sit on the curb outside Railtown Cafe and enjoy the show.
