Strathcona Village refers to the development North of Hastings. Nobody is going to confuse it with Strathcona. PS – I assume you also have issue with the name “Commercial Drive”, a named used by developers in 1905 when they renamed Park Dr to Commercial to attract businesses – or was that “fake” as well ?
