Brewery Creek | Place | Named for the numerous breweries that once lined it, and which are now returning, Brewery Creek was one of several salmon-bearing tributaries flowing into the now filled-in False Creek. It would have been an important resource to First Nations, and was later used by the breweries as well as Hastings Mill. It’s now also the name of a popular beer store.
Usage: “I’m headin’ up Brewery Creek way to get me a big bottle of the drunk stuff…”
