Tocador Announces New Chef, Patio Launch, Happy Hour and Daiquiri Exchange

The GOODS from Tocador

Vancouver, BC | With spring having arrived so abruptly, we have opened the patio! It’s 8 seats and gets a good amount of sun in the early evening hours. We have seen people enjoy it until as late as 11pm this week.

We’re stoked to introduce our new Chef, Tinh Truong. Tinh comes to us most recently from Honey Salt at the Parq. Prior to that, he was the opening chef at Anh & Chi, and worked the kitchen at Forage earlier on.

Happy hours are also here, we’re trying to focus on the industry community by doing a late night (11-close) and all day Mondays. We are also doing a 5-6 happy hour to start the night off. Discounted items include Daiquiris (8), draught (5), 5 off Rum flights, Select Appies (8), and 1/2 price Oysters!

This coming Monday, April 30th, we are hosting a party to encourage industry folk to bring in old bar tools to donate to our fellow bar community in Cuba. For every donation we are trading a Daiquiri. We will have Happy hour all day of course, and live Afro-Cuban music from 8pm with “Marlin Ramazzini”.
