We are hiring for several positions:

Assistant Manager:

Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage, with 2 years in casual-fine dining service. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, remains calm while handling many tasks at once, is enthusiastic about learning, and has a passion for creating truly memorable experiences for their guests.

Server/ Bartenders:

At least 3 years of experience, preferably in casual fine dining.
Wine knowledge/ wine service experience.
Base knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
Comfortable guiding guests through regular and tasting menus.

Host:
At least 1 year experience, casual fine dining is an asset.
Experience with OpenTable an asset.
Comfortability navigating a busy door and waitlist

Expo/Food Runner:
At least 1 year experience, casual fine dining is an asset.
Ability to remain focused under pressure.
