Vancouver, BC | Somehow, the end of the year is upon us! And here at Dachi we love a good occasion to celebrate…
Come spend New Year’s Eve with us and enjoy a special menu by Chef Jiwon Seo, created just for the night. It features five courses of Chef’s signature-style dishes – rooted in technique, with a bit of classic French influence, and a nod to Korean flavours. Choose the pairing option to enjoy something delicious poured alongside each course; or, we are happy to recommend a bottle that we think is the perfect accompaniment for the evening’s menu.
If you haven’t tried Chef Jiwon Seo’s food yet, consider this NYE menu a beautiful introduction! And if you have, well, you’ve probably already booked your seat. Take note: If you reserve a spot at the later seating, you’re welcome to stay late and ring in the New Year together with us.
