Vancouver, BC | Be part of a restaurant as unique as you are! Mosquito’s ambition is to add to Vancouver’s marvellous food scene by introducing elegantly plated desserts paired with Champagne, wine and cocktails. We are looking for an experienced bartender with a positive attitude and strong knowledge who shares our vision for delivering fond memories to passion-thirsty guests. The successful applicant will possess:

– Prior Bartending experience (preferably in an upscale venue)
– Serving It Right Course completed
– Excellent knowledge of wine // Passion to expand wine knowledge
– Outgoing personality, excellent manners and sense of service
– Mindfulness and strong attention to detail + sense of priorities

Our beautiful 42 seats room is intimate and favourable for a date. Not only for love-birds though, our Gatsby-ish atmosphere is also perfect for after-work drinks with colleagues, a girls night out or any celebration that calls for Champagne!

While our primary focus is Plated Dessert & Bubbles, we also relish serving our guests unique cocktails and savoury snacks.
