Shop Manager

We’re looking for a team player who aligns with Cavalier’s brand values and brings both energy and an open mind to learning and supporting the growth of a local business.

Responsibilities

– Optimize in-store operations, including organization, work flow and communication
– Assisting with day to day tasks and provide overall support when needed
– Consulting with clients on custom design projects
– Overall we are looking for a team player who is hard working and open minded with a general interest in jewellery

Required Skills

– Ability to maximize productivity for oneself and for the entire team by managing time and priorities effectively
– Minimum of two years of management experience
– Sales experience is an asset
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the desire to network locally
– Compensation is dependant on experience

Goldsmith + Stone Setter

Responsibilities

– Experience in stone setting of all types
– Working on jobs requiring sizing, repair work, casting clean up, polishing, soldering, job prep, finishing ect.
– Ability to work in Gold and Platinum
– Collaborating with lead designer and sales team on custom orders and collections

Required Skills

– Ability to mutli-task and must be highly organized with great attention to detail
– Creative, artistic and have an eye for design
– Five or more years work experience in the jewellery trade
– Compensation is dependant on experience
