Vancouver, BC | Odd Society Spirits (1725 Powell St., Vancouver) is releasing their next batch of Commodore Canadian Single Malt Whisky on Thursday, June 13, 2019 – just in time for Father’s Day. A blend of three different barrel sizes, this batch of Commodore is a rich, complex whisky bottled at 46%. It’s a small release of only 190 750mL bottles priced at $68 at the distillery. There is a two-bottle per-person limit—stop by, pick up a bottle and enjoy a cocktail with or without dad.

Ingredients

1.25 oz Odd Society Spirits Commodore Canadian Single Malt Whisky
0.75 oz Sons of Vancouver Amaretto
0.25 oz Olaroso Sherry
0.25 oz citric mix*

Method

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and stain into a rocks glass with a king ice cube

* citric mix is one bar spoon of citric acid dissolved into 100mL of filtered water.
