Now we’re looking for passionate cooks ready to grow with us as we explore the rich flavors of Southeast Asia while maintaining the French foundations that have earned us three consecutive years of Michelin Guide recognition.

**The PiDGiN Experience**

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be more than just a line cook—you’ll be a crucial part of our culinary evolution. Working directly under Executive Chef Karlo Sarmiento, who brings international experience from Melbourne’s top hat-rated restaurants, you’ll learn authentic Southeast Asian techniques while applying classical French methods. Our open kitchen means you’ll connect with guests, see the immediate impact of your work, and be part of the complete dining experience.

**What You’ll Learn**

– Traditional Southeast Asian cooking methods and spice combinations
– Advanced knife techniques and precision cooking methods
– Leadership skills as you grow within our team
– The business side of restaurant operations

– Execute dishes with precision and creativity for your assigned station
– Master new menu items featuring Southeast Asian ingredients and techniques
– Maintain PiDGiN’s exacting standards for quality and presentation

– Contribute ideas and feedback as we develop new dishes
