The GOODS from The Irish Heather

Vancouver, BC | On Tuesday, February 28th, head down to Gastown’s Irish Heather and Shebeen for a very special Whisky Supper. The evening sees Guinness braised Lamb Shank with a thyme demi and burnt sage polenta paired alongside a tasting flight of Ardbeg whiskies. An representative from the famed Scottish distillery will be on hand to introduce and discuss each whisky at the Long Table.
