ORU is excited to bring you one of them when we welcome Nada winery to ORU Cuisine on March 20th for the next winemaker’s dinner. This charming family-owned winery is located in Treiso, one of the four villages where Barbaresco can be produced legally. Join winemaker Enrico Nada as he takes you through the ins and outs of what it takes to make DOCG wines, while the ORU chef blows your senses away with perfect pairings. Menu and details here.
