Vancouver, BC | The Acorn has launched into spring with a new cocktail program and is extending Negroni Week for the entire month of June. Signature cocktails like The Oso Fogo, Shore Leave, and In Bloom all take unique perspectives on what constitutes a spring sipper. From sweet to savoury to purely indulgent, there’s a taste for everyone. Bartender Liam Bryant has also concocted a truly summery take on the classic Negroni with rhubarb infused gin, dehydrated strawberry, chamomile, and blood orange spray. With each Negroni sold, one dollar is donated to the Battered Women’s Support Services.
