The German themed dinner from Chef Alessandro and team is absolutely perfect for the beers on showcase and the brewery principals will be in attendance for chats, surprises, and maybe even boat races. Wildebeest invites you to experience unabashedly adventurous, yet simple cooking at its finest set against the history of the Vancouver neighbourhood of Gastown.
