The team at PiDGiN values work-life balance, and is mindful of providing an environment conducive to growth. Team members are expected to push hard during shifts, but will have enough time off to rest and recover for the following weeks. We also provide all of our staff members with a membership to InFighting, where you can take kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and fitness classes, while taking advantage of their weight room.
