Vancouver, BC | PiDGiN is excited to announce a new Happy Hour that is focused on what we love: sake and delicious snacks. The happy hour is only available at the bar and high tops between 5 and 6 pm. Sit down and enjoy one of our 28 carefully curated sakes — 24 of which are available by the glass — at 50% off. Our ultimate goal is to advance sake knowledge in our city, allowing our guests to try the diversity of various brewing techniques, old guard vs new guard, cheap and delicious vs complex and sophisticated, poured by our team of WSET Sake trained pros. We want you to LOVE sake like we do.
Not to be outdone by our sake program, the PiDGiN kitchen will be offering a special menu only available during happy hour — no exceptions. We will have a rotating selection of yakitori, kushiyaki, tempura and amazing sandos. All priced as snacks, they will accompany any sake on our list without breaking the bank. All the usual suspects of our happy hour will still be present in addition to our updated deliciousness — happy hour classic cocktails, wine and beer will not change in price as a result of the new additions.
