Vancouver, BC | On November 20th, Uwe’s Wine Club will explore the wines of Oregon. Can any other wine region create wines that can rival those of Burgundy? Many believe that one day, Oregon may be able to achieve just that. Join us at 7pm on the 20th to discover the answer for yourself. Uwe is collecting some beautiful examples of Oregon pinot to find out just how great they are; they will be served alongside a beautiful six course dinner. The dinner is $120 plus wines by the glass. ABOUT BAUHAUS

Bauhaus is located in Gastown, one of Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhoods. The restaurant was originally built in the 19th century, and has gone through many transformations over the last hundred years, from its early days as a saloon, to a bank, and the historic Boulder Hotel. Bauhaus adds to Gastown’s thriving dining scene with a creative lunch menu available Monday to Friday, and a dinner menu featuring a seasonally-driven Tasting Menu and a la carte options.

The restaurant features a modern and minimalist space designed by Vancouver designer Andrea Greenway, with brick, steel columns, and marble, along with leather, tubular steel, and dark wood, and offers a dining room, large lounge area, and open-concept kitchen.
Owner Uwe Boll and Co-Executive Chefs Tim Schulte and David Mueller are dedicated to elevating the dining scene of Vancouver in Bauhaus’s relaxed and upscale dining room. German and European influenced dishes are paired with exceptional and rare wines from both the New and Old Worlds, along with Keely Buckley’s creative cocktails to offer a truly exceptional dining experience.
