For the uninitiated, the Curry Cup is an annual cooking competition where eight chefs and their brigades each create their version of this ultimate family-style staff meal. The prize is the coveted Curry Cup.

Each ticket to the event covers samples of the curry dishes, wine and beer samples, cocktails, door prizes, and an evening of fun, competitive entertainment.

The list of 2018’s eight competing chefs will be revealed in the New Year.

Last year’s winner, Felix Zhou from Heritage Asian Eatery, will return as a judge accompanied by Fred Lee, man about town, as the returning emcee.
