Bacchus Restaurant Presents an Exclusive Winemakers Dinner Celebrating Poplar Grove’s 30th Anniversary

Vancouver, BC | On August 13, 2026, Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge, located inside Vancouver’s only Relais & Chateaux property Wedgewood Hotel & Spa, invites guests to an exclusive evening celebrating the 30th vintage of Poplar Grove Winery, one of the original five wineries on the Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley. Hosted together with Poplar Grove’s owner Tony Holler, this intimate, one-night-only winemakers dinner will highlight the winery’s portfolio, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu by executive chef Stefan Hartmann.

“30 vintages is an incredible legacy and there’s no better way to celebrate than a toast around the table,” says Elpie Marinakis, co-owner and managing director of Wedgewood Hotel & Spa. “Poplar Grove helped put the Naramata Bench on the map, and we’re honoured to welcome Tony Holler to Bacchus to share their wines and the stories behind them with our guests.”

Tickets to the Poplar Grove Winemakers Dinner ($207 per person, inclusive of taxes and gratuity) are available online. The wine pairings were curated by Bacchus’s head sommelier Mark Taylor. The menu features:
