“Oyster” Seafood & Raw Bar Set To Arrive In Financial District

image002

Jeremy Towning is shutting down his “Exchange” sandwich/coffee/wine shop at 475 Howe Street (the Stock Exchange building) and will re-open it as “Oyster”. The new, 25 seat seafood and raw bar will be tiny with the product mostly local and oceanwise and the majority of wines sourced from here in BC. Plans are for both lunch and dinner. They’re shooting for a mid-October opening.
