1. Barista / Server 

We’re seeking a hard-working, motivated and upbeat individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of passionate hospitality professionals. This position reports to the Cafe Manager and is based on approximately 30-40 hours per week. 

We deliver high-quality products, and our baristas must display a top-notch level of service to match. A positive personality and desire to build relationships with our customers is a must. This individual must have past experience in customer service as well as in the restaurant/food industry. Experience using a professional espresso machine as well as a Serving-it Right Certificate is required. Shifts are scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

2. Full-Time Dishwashers (2 positions available)

Reporting to the Cafe Sous Chef and Catering Sous Chef, these positions are responsible for washing dishes (70%), cleaning (20%) and organization (10%). Two full-time positions are available, with hours from either 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Both weekly schedules run from Monday to Friday, however some weekend shifts are required. We’re seeking highly organized, motivated and upbeat team players with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced food service establishment. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

3. Prep Cook

Reporting to the Cafe Sous Chef and Catering Sous Chef, this individual is responsible for prep (70%), organization and cleanliness (20%) and Cafe line support (10%). We’re seeking a highly organized, motivated and upbeat team player with two years experience in a fast-paced food service establishment. Customer service experience is considered an asset. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

4. Baker (Part-time with opportunity to advance to full-time)

We’re seeking an organized, motivated and upbeat part-time baker with a minimum of one year of bread experience. This position reports to the Pastry Chef and is based on approximately 16 hours per week (flexible days). Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

5. Delivery Driver

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the daily preparation of all outgoing corporate orders, the timely delivery of food and beverage, accurate retrieval of company equipment and maintenance of packing and operations area.

This position requires a valid class-5 BC driver’s license, a clean driving record and knowledge of Vancouver streets, avenues and alleys. This individual must be honest, reliable and hard working, posses excellent communication and organization skills, be meticulous with details and deadlines and must have the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Serving-it-Right Certificate and/or Food Safe Level 1 is considered an asset, as well as driving, catering or banquet experience. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
